Tasks you might have done at the parent meeting. If you did not do them there, directions for completion follow.
Pay $60 production fee (drop in lockbox between Drama A&B, due Nov 15)
Headshot (taken at theatre bootcamp and at parent meeting)
Submit your bio for the program (link below, due Nov 15)
Buy an ad for the program (optional, link below, Due Nov 15)
Get a signed copy of the show poster (More info to come)
Parents sign up for two volunteer spots (Email to come)
Break a leg! Performances Jan 23, 24, 25 at 7 pm; Jan 26 at 2:30pm
NOTE: If you put a check in the dropbox, please put it in an envelope with the student's name and what the check is for written on the outside. Thanks!
Each actor and technician is responsible for submitting a bio for use in the program. (bit.ly/fmhshsb-bios)
IMPORTANT: Bios from advanced theatre classes WILL NOT TRANSFER to the musical. So every student must fill out this form to be included.

Paper forms (with payment) should be turned into the dropbox between Drama A and B by Nov. 15.

(If you turned in the paper ad at the parent meeting, you do not need to fill out the online form.)
